Salt Cay Journal

Cecelia Wilson, she takes care of the plants
while we're gone, comes by twice a week while
we're here to start new cuttings and seeds, and
relax in one of the only yards on the island that
(usually) doesn't have cows eating everything.
Cecelia is from the DR, but has lived and worked
on Salt Cay for over 15 years now. Her husband,
Willis, is one of the Salt Cay boat's crew. She
speaks Spanish and English, sings while she
gardens and is a great cook!
